This shows the overall confidence that the identity exists and is a value between 0 and 90, where 0 is the lowest confidence and 90 is the highest.
Typically values below 40 are returned when the identity cannot be authenticated. An Authentication Index of 45 or lower can be returned when the subject is under 18 years of age.

High risk policy rules show that Identity Hub has found a possible problem with the data. The rule ID and text are returned.
