What is Bank Wizard web services

Bank Wizard is a unique software and service solution specifically developed to validate bank account details before submission to an automated clearing system. You use Bank Wizard web services to implement Bank Wizard in a web service environment.

Bank Wizard identifies errors at the point at which account details are captured or processed. This allows you to correct errors while still in contact with the customer, significantly reducing the number of rejected payments, which in turn improves customer service and reduces costs.

Bank Wizard has been designed as a flexible framework into which different countries can easily be added. You can either implement an individual country or multiple countries. Experian regularly publishes updated validation data for each country, which can be downloaded from the Online Update Service.

For United Kingdom current accounts, you can extend the web service to use Bank Wizard Absolute to verify that your customer and the account are connected.
