Using this documentation

This documentation is a reference for all users who are responsible for embedding Bank Wizard in their system using the web service. It is also a reference for all users who will be implementing Bank Wizard Absolute. It includes design considerations, web services, and message references. It assumes you know your system environment and the programming language used to implement Bank Wizard. This documentation does not include installation information.

The sections included in this guide are:

What is Bank Wizard Web Services – this section describes what Bank Wizard is and includes a business process to help you design your Bank Wizard or Bank Wizard Absolute implementation.
Bank Wizard web service – this section describes how you implement Bank Wizard using web services and includes a description of each service and example SOAP messages.
Bank Wizard Absolute – this section describes how you connect to the Absolute service so that you can verify the account details. It includes the information specific to verification.
Reference information – this section includes the reference information for all conditions returned by Bank Wizard, data integrity errors returned by Bank Wizard Absolute and the information that is specific to each country, such as account format and input and data strings.

If you started with the IBAN, ignore steps 12 and 13.

You do not need a manual reconfirmation if the BBAN was decomposed from the IBAN. This is because the account details have been generated by Bank Wizard.
