Bank Wizard business process

You must have a Bank Wizard Absolute license to verify the account and personal details (Verification flowchart).

To validate and verify the account and personal details entered by a user, you must use specific logic to make sure the details are captured correctly and any conditions or other messages returned by Bank Wizard are actioned in accordance with your business process. You can use this process to design any type of application, such as a web page to lead the customer through entering the details or a business application which is used to validate and verify details imported by your employees.

To help you plan your implementation, the validation and verification processes are separated into two flowcharts. You can split the process further into subsets with specific rules. You then follow a logical path through the subsets to arrive at the goal, which is a payment record containing valid account details.

This flow is a recommended flow that you should follow to implement Bank Wizard web services and Bank Wizard Absolute effectively. You can add other steps to make sure the flow suits the needs of your business.

Throughout this process, a User is defined as either a customer entering the details directly, for example on a web page, or a user entering details into your application on behalf of a customer, for example by a call centre.
