Name (or Alias)

For all identity checks you need to supply the name. If your customer has an alias, you supply that in the same format as their name.

The details you can supply for the name (and alias) are:

• Title
• Forename - this is the client's first (or given) name and must be supplied for all checks
• MiddleName - this can be the full name or just the initial
• Surname - this is the client's last (or family) name and must be supplied for all checks
• SurnameAtBirth - this is the client's previous surname
• MaidenName - for married women, this is their surname at birth
• Suffix

You can use any alphanumeric characters for all of these fields.
