You may also need (or want) to supply the following additional details to help confirm your client's identity:

• Gender - this must be Male or Female. This is case sensitive
• BirthDate - this must be supplied in CCYY-MM-DD format. For example, if the birth date is 1st January 1970, you must supply: 1970-01-31
• MothersMaidenName - this can include any alphanumeric characters
• MaritalStatus - this must be one of Married; Single; Divorced; Widowed; To be Married; Cohabiting; Separated; Other; Not Asked; Not Given. This is case sensitive
• ResidentialStatus - this must be one of Owner; Living with Parents; Tenant-Furnished; Tenant-Unfurnished; Council Tenant; Other Tenant; Joint Owner; Other; Not Given; Not Asked. This is case sensitive
• CountryOfBirth - this must be the ISO1366 Country code in the format ??-???, this should be GB-ENG for England, GB-WAL for Wales, GB-SCO for Scotland or GB-NIR for Northern Ireland. All other entries are treated as Other.
• NumberofDependants - this should be-1 (not given), -2 (not asked) or a number between 0 and 7
• PlaceOfBirth - this can include any alphanumeric characters.
