Additional data for bank and branch formats
The additional data fields returned by countries which have a bank code
and a branch code are:
- 1001
- Bank code
- 1002
- Branch code. For bank and branch countries that only have bank or head office level data, this field will be zero length. (for example, Portugal)
- 1003
- Bank or institution name
- 1004
- Telegraphic Name, for Fedwire
- 1005
- Alternative names of the bank
- 1006
- Street Address
- 1007
- Branch name
- 1008
- Post code
- 1009
- City
- 1010
- Address location as reported by SWIFT
- 1011
- Country
- 1012
- County, Province, State
- 1013
- 2 letter ISO country code
- 1014
- IBAN 2 character identifier for the country or territory. This is not always the same as the ISO Country Code.
For Spain and Portugal, the additional data also includes:
- 1016 - shows whether this is the head office (1 = head office, 2 = other branch)
- 1017 - national ID of the head office. For Portugal this is the 4 digit bank code; for Spain this is the bank and branch codes combined.
